Many of our labels can be produced to your design and shape. Generally this
option is used to produce a label to the shape of your company logo. This
offers something high quality, distinct and classy. Creating unique shape
labels is done by either KISS cutting or creating punching tools for shaping.
As
well as a specific shape on the outside of the label, shapes can be
cut/punched into the inner of the label to create a doughnut like shape of
for leaving space for buttons or instrumentation.

Gel / Resin domed labels can be produced to
almost any shape including specific lettering and your logo shape. To
achieve this we KISS cut the label with a specially produced tool.

Printed aluminium labels can be produced to
any shape by use of a specially manufactured punching tool which
accurately and neatly presses the label shape out of the aluminium after
printing. As well as producing a specific outline shape we can also press
the inside of the label to create an inner perforation (such as a
dough-nut shape).

Graphic overlays can be produced to any shape
by KISS cutting the label to the shape you specify. This can also be done
for both the inner and outer shape to create dough-nut like shapes or
openings for switches etc.

Flexible Resin Moulded Labels are designed to
be produced as a free standing shape and are generally produced this way
either as a company name or logo. This is a great option to produce a logo
where there are several stand-alone parts/letters which make up the label.
The label is prepared with backing foil and front alignment tape to hold
all parts in alignment and correct spacing so that instillation is a
simply process which can be done in a matter of seconds.
